Ascendance Partners is a private equity real estate investment firm focused on properties located on the mid-South Side of Chicago. Ascendance Partners currently owns a handful of mixed use and low-rise residential buildings in various stages of development, in and around Washington Park, Bronzeville and Hyde Park.

We have been working with them shooting both photo and video, to be used as marketing material. These photos showcase a top-floor unit in one of the completed buildings just prior to the tenants moving in.

The buildings in which Ascendance Partners invest are located in lower income areas of the city, neighborhoods that you wouldn’t normally expect to find beautiful exposed brick walls, granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances. Even details such as crown molding and full glass shower doors are staples of their finished rehabbed buildings. Ascendance Partners prides themselves on their quality of build and finish, and we aimed to capture that in these photos.
